Land Taken for Workmen’s Cottages in Block XIX, Tuahu
Survey District, Wairoa County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 35 of
the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945, I, Charles John, Viscount
Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for workmen’s cottages, and shall vest
in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County
of Wairoa as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 9th day of March 1959.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIX, Tuahu Survey
District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

0 2 6·6 Closed road (Proclamation No. 383); coloured
blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 98194 (S.O. 1536) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary
school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 9th day of March 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 36·1 perches, situated in the
City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 3,
D.P. 12525, and being part Rural Section 5; as the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
158238 (S.O. 9452) deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 9th day of March 1959.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for Drainage
Purposes in the Borough of One Tree Hill

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage purposes
and shall vest in the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Board
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also proclaim
and declare that an easement is hereby taken for drainage
purposes over the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto, vesting as from the date hereinafter mentioned in the
Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Board the full and free right,
liberty, and licence in perpetuity for the Auckland Metro-
politan Drainage Board and the registered proprietor or
proprietors for the time being of the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto and its and their respective tenants,
agents, servants, workmen, invitees, and licensees from time
to time and at all times by night as well as by day to go,
pass, or repass with or without vehicles, motor vehicles, or
implements of any kind over the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto for the purpose of providing access from the
land described in the First Schedule hereto to Neilson Street
in the Borough of One Tree Hill, such right of way to be
appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule
hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 9th day of March 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 20·9 perches, situated in
Block V, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of One Tree
Hill, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 8, D.P. 45779. Part

Registry.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey
District, Borough of One Tree Hill, Auckland R.D., being

on D.P. 45779. Part certificate of title, Volume 768, folio 13,
Auckland Land Registry.
