NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Schneideman and Sons Ltd.

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 14th day of January 1958, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £40,000 to £10,000 and the minute approved by the said Court showing the said reduction of capital and the several particulars required by the said Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies at Wellington on the 30th day of January 1958. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

“The capital of Schneideman and Sons Ltd. is £10,000 divided into 40,000 shares of 5s. each, having been reduced from £40,000 divided into 40,000 shares of £1 each fully paid.”

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Russell Town Council at its meeting held on the 10th day of December 1957, has resolved to prepare for the Town District a district scheme as required by the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.

Every person and local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.

THE Rotorua County Council hereby gives notice that the hearing of objections to the district scheme relating to Section 1, Rotorua West, will commence at the Rotorua Borough Council Chambers, Arawa Street, Rotorua, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, on Tuesday, the 11th day of March 1958, and will continue as there arranged from time to time and from place to place until all objectors and witnesses have been heard.

All persons who wish to be heard in support of or opposition to any objection shall notify the Council accordingly at least three days before that date.
