A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, Auckland R.D., containing 1 rood 29·8 perches, being part Section 19, Block I, Maketu Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155279 (S.O. 36294) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of January 1958.

ALL that piece of road in the Canterbury Land District containing 3 acres and 34·2 perches, situated in Block XIII, Geraldine Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 18344, being part Rural Sections 16021 and 18638, Lot 2, D.P. 18344, being part Rural Sections 16729 and 18638, and Rural Section 18065; coloured green on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155307 (S.O. 9247) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
