A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of February 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1·9 perches, situated in Block IX, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 182c, No. 2c, Te Puna Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155276 (S.O. 37176) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of January 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of February 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Block XI, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 3 Part Lot 6, D.P. 870, being part Rural Section 7;
coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 7·3 Part Lot 6, D.P. 870, being part Rural Section 7;
coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155306 (S.O. 9222) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 5·42 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Section 91, Town of Wellington; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155308 (S.O. 23728) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
