A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of February 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 32 perches, being Lot 6, D.P. S. 4899, being part Section 96, Block IX, Tapapa Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 245, folio 107, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Benjamin Jones, of Pongakawa, farmer, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity recorded in Register Book, Volume 87, folio 40, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of February 1958.
