Revoking Part of Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Deviation of Portion of the Wellington-Paekakariki Centennial Main Highway

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 9th day of October 1945 and published in Gazette, 11 October 1945, Volume III, page 1264, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 3605, defining the middle line of a deviation of portion of the Wellington-Paekakariki Centennial Main Highway, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SUBDIVISION 1 of Section 1, and Subdivision 1 of Subdivision 2 of Section 1, Block V; Subdivision 1 of Section 1, Block VI, and Section 1, part Section 2, and Subdivision 1 of Section 2, Block IX, Mapara Survey District, situated in Waitomo County: Area, 1,358 acres 1 rood 22 perches, more or less.
