A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of road in the Gisborne Land District containing 10.79 perches, situated in Block IX, Waimata Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and adjoining Railway Reserve; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.D. 109973 (S.O. 4104) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

All that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 acre and 24 perches, situated in Block V, Opuawhanga Survey District, Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through part Section 4, Block V, Opuawhanga Survey District, part Te Wairahi A Block, and part Te Wairahi A 2B 2C block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157783 (S.O. 26491) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 21st day of August 1958 and published in Gazette, 28 August 1958, No. page 1127, taking land for the Awakaponga-Kawerau railway and for road diversions in connection therewith in Blocks II, V, VI, and IX, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 8.3 perches, situated in Block VI, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment

287, Matata Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156824 (S.O. 38496) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICTโ€”AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY SECTIONS 1 and 3, Block XI, Waoku Survey District: Area, 1,258 acres 3 roods 21 perches, more or less, situated in Hokianga County. Shown on plan No. 7/49 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 7489 and 18450.)

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICTโ€”ROTORUA CONSERVANCY SECTION 4, Ruatahuna Township, situated in Block IX, Ruatahuna Survey District: Area, 1 acre 1 rood 28.4 perches, more or less, subject to Proclamation No. 11594 defining middle line of road. Shown on plan No. 48/8 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 25254.)

Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Porirua Subject to Building-line Restrictions

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes, subject to notice of condition as to line of buildings or hoardings, K. 36762; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of December 1958.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 31.59 perches, being Lot 1, D.P. 19668, being part Section 107, Porirua District, and part Section 19, Tukapu District. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 571, folio 56, Wellington Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of December 1958.
