Through Booking between Wellington and Stations Elevation-Blenheim Inclusive—continued

The rebate at Wellington on Government cargo as provided in the “General Instructions for Through Booking” will apply on consignments exceeding 5 cwt or 10 cubic feet. A reduction on account of wharfage at Picton is not applicable under this through booking arrangement.

When cargo is not carted by the Department between the wharves and railway station at Wellington, the through rate will be reduced by the following amounts:

The reduction specified above for inward cargo is to be automatically applied in respect of goods conveyed to Wellington for local delivery.
