    Paragraph 2:
    Add to the fourth line, after railage, “ from Breakwater”.

  2. Castlecliff Branch
    Add the following new paragraph:
    Consignments in wagon lots (subject to a minimum of 30 cwt as for a private siding) will be accepted for transit to and from the public siding at Castlecliff. Freight charges will be computed on Wanganui milage, plus 4 miles.

    Omit this regulation, and substitute the following:

    1. Parcels and goods traffic through booked between Wellington and stations Elevation-Blenheim inclusive will be charged at the through rates shown in para. 7 hereof, which include conveyance by rail and steamer; cartage, wharfage, and harbour-improvement rates at Wellington; wharfage and handling at Picton; also sorting at Blenheim and the use of tarpaulins.
    2. On parcels traffic consigned to Wellington, the terminal charge as prescribed in reg. 55, General Scale of Charges, will be additional.
    3. In the case of consignments from or to north of Wellington or south of Blenheim, railage charges (also the cost of handling to or from railway wagons at Wellington and/or Blenheim on Classes E, F, H, K, N, P, Q, and R goods) will be additional.
    4. Traffic through booked between Wellington and Picton Station will be charged in accordance with the “General Instructions for Through Booking”.
