Limited Speed Zone Declared
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the portions of the roads specified in the Schedule to this notice are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*
SCHEDULE
SITUATED at Whenuapai in Waitemata County—
Brighams Creek-Hobsonville Main Highway No. 583 (from 16 chains north-west of Trig. Road to Riverlea Road). The two approach roads to Whenuapai Aerodrome which junction with the Brighams Creek-Hobsonville Main Highway No. 583.

SCHEDULE
SITUATED at Pounawea in Clutha County—
All that area in the Otago Land District bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section II, Block VI, Glenomaru Survey District; thence proceeding southerly along the eastern boundary of that Section II and of Section 94 and its production to the Catlins River estuary; thence north-easterly and westerly along the high-water mark of that estuary to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section II aforesaid; thence southerly to the point of commencement.
The area is more particularly shown edged in red on the plan T.T. 2376 deposited in the Head Office of the Transport Department at Wellington.

Declaration of Approved Vendors of Motor Vehicles for Purposes of Registration No. 12
PURSUANT to subclause (4) of regulation 11A of the Motor Vehicles Registration and Licensing Regulations 1949,* the Minister of Transport hereby (1) declares that the companies, firms, and persons described in the First Schedule hereto shall, to the extent therein described, be approved vendors of motor vehicles, in addition to those already so declared† for the purposes of registration of motor vehicles in terms of the said regulation; (2) revokes, as approved vendors of motor vehicles the companies, firms, and persons described in the Second Schedule hereto; and (3) revokes the declaration of approved vendors of motor vehicles No. 11 as notified in the Gazette of October 30 1958, No. 66, at page 1467.
