SOUTHLAND COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LANDS FOR ROAD IN BLOCK XIV, INVERCARGILL HUNDRED

Notice is hereby given that the Southland County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to carry out certain road works, and that for that purpose the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken for road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Southland County Council at Clyde Street, Invercargill, and is there open for inspection, and that all persons affected by the execution of such works or the taking of such land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing and send such writing within 40 days from the date of this notice (being the date of the first publication thereof) to the Southland County Council, Clyde Street, Invercargill

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the portions of land described in the Schedule hereto for road. A plan of the portions of land proposed to be taken lies open for public inspection at the office of the Raglan County Council, Waingaro Road, Ngaruawahia during 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice.

All persons objecting to the proposal must lodge their objections in writing at the office of the Council on or before the 11th day of December 1958.

FEATHERSTON COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Featherston County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, the realignment of a public road, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council situate at Kitchener Street Martinborough, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have any well grounded objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers, Kitchener Street, Martinborough.
