Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Mataitai Development Scheme)

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 30 August 1950 and published in the Gazette, 7 September 1950, Volume III, page 1667.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Description
ALL that parcel of land containing 31 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, being portion of a block of land containing 256 acres, more or less, known as Mataitai 1A 2B 5A 2B, and being that portion of the said block on the western side of the road intersecting the said block, and being part of the land comprised and described in C.T. 1501/98, Auckland Registry.

Encumbrances

Subject to right of way created in transfer 591990, and excepting all minerals, metals, coal, clay, stone, gravel, sand, limestone, kauri gum, and other valuable minerals as excepted by transfer 591990.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Hokianga Development Scheme)

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 15 September 1930 and published in the Gazette, 25 September 1930, Volume III, page 2850.
