WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Cameron Road Water Supply Loan 1958, £3,000

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waikato County Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £3,000 authorised to be raised by the Waikato County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing a water supply for the Cameron Road area, the said Waikato County Council hereby makes a special rate of thirteen-sixteenths of a penny ($\frac{13}{16}$d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property on the special roll of the Cameron Road special rating area; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 14th day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

INGLEWOOD COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Rural Housing Loan No. 4, £20,000, 1958

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Inglewood County Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £20,000 authorised to be raised by the Inglewood County Council under the above-mentioned Act for housing loans under the Rural Housing Act 1939, the said Inglewood County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal three thousand four hundred and fifty-eight pence (.3458d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the whole of the County of Inglewood; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable half yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Inglewood County Council held on the 25th day of August 1958.

CHARITABLE TRUST ACT 1957

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand
Gisborne District

In the matter of the Charitable Trust Act 1957 and in the matter of the Gisborne High School Jubilee Trust Fund.

Notice is hereby given that, by order of this honourable Court made on the 19th day of September 1958, approval was given to the scheme whereby the Gisborne High School Jubilee Trust Fund, together with all interest accrued thereon up to the 19th day of September 1958, shall no longer be held by the trustees thereof for the subpurpose of providing scholarships, but upon trust to pay thereout the reasonable expenses of and incidental to preparing, perusing, and advertising the scheme, and upon trust to pay the balance to the Gisborne High School Old Students Association to be applied by it towards the cost of erecting a memorial sports pavilion on the sports ground vested in the Board of Governors of the Gisborne High Schools.

Dated at Gisborne this 23rd day of October 1958.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding publication.

Subscriptions—The subscription is at the rate of £5 5s. per calendar year, including postage, payable in advance.
Single copies of the Gazette as follows:
For the first 16 pages, 6d., increasing by 6d. for every subsequent 8 pages or part thereof.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 9d. per line for the first insertion, and 6d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing), subscription £2 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 35s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.

The price of each regulation is printed thereon, facilitating the purchase of extra copies.

Orders should be placed with the Government Printer, Publications Branch, Wellington C. 1. Separate copies of regulations may also be purchased from the Printing and Stationery Department, 130 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, or from the Chief Post Offices at Auckland and Dunedin.

GOVERNMENT PUBLICATIONS

The following publications are obtainable from the Government Printer, at Wellington and Christchurch or through the Chief Post Offices at Auckland and Dunedin.

Free Postage: All publications sold by the Department are now post free—except that when trade discount is allowed, postage or freight is payable by the purchaser.
