Revoking Foreshore Licence at Orere Point, Manukau County

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence, originally granted on the 25th day of May 1949,* to Sybil Bannister Pinkham of Clevedon (and subsequently assigned to Orere River Estates Ltd., of Auckland), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Orere Point, Manukau County, as shown on approved plan marked M.D. 8789 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boatshed and retaining wall as shown on the said plan, is hereby revoked.
