Pursuant to subsection (2) (a) of section 15 of the Maori Purposes Act 1938, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints Francis Herbert Bull, of Gisborne, to be a trustee of the Wi Pere Trust Estate in the place of Owen Neil Campbell, deceased.

Owhango Cemetery Order 1958

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 5 of the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Owhango Cemetery Order 1958.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1959. - The powers of appointing and removing trustees for the Owhango Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby delegated to the Taumarunui County Council.
SCHEDULE
OWHANGO CEMETERY
All that area in the Wellington Land District, Taumarunui County, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 15·4 perches, more or less, being part Section 48, Block X, Hunua Survey District.

Setting Apart of the Te Aute Private Burial Ground
COBHAM, Governor-General
Pursuant to section 2 of the Cemeteries Amendment Act 1912, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby notify and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a private burial ground subject to the provisions of the said Act, to be called and known by the name of the Te Aute Private Burial Ground, and that hereafter the said land shall be set apart in perpetuity as a private burial ground for the burial of the following classes of persons only, namely:
(a) Any lineal descendant of the late Henry Williams, formerly an Archdeacon of the Church of the Province of New Zealand (commonly called the Church of England), who died on or about the 16th day of July 1867, or of the late William Williams, formerly of Napier, a Bishop of the said Church who died on or about the 8th day of February 1878:
(b) Any person who may have intermarried or may hereafter intermarry with any lineal descendant of the said Henry Williams or of the said William Williams:
(c) Any member of the Maori race:
(d) Any other person or persons in respect of whom leave to be buried in the said burial ground may be given by the trustees thereof.
SCHEDULE
All that parcel of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District containing 1 acre 1 rood 12·8 perches, more or less, being part Poupoutahi Block, situated in Block XVI; Maraekakaho Survey District, being Lot 27 on Deposited Plan No. 4386, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 147, folio 90, Hawke's Bay Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 22nd day of October 1958.
