Authorising the Laying Off of an Extension of Evans Street

At the Government House at Wellington this 29th day of
October 1958
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby authorises
the Dunedin City Council to permit the laying off of the pro-
posed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for
parts of its length of less than 66ft but not less than 42ft,
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green
on the plan marked P.W.D. 157457 referred to in the said
Schedule within a distance of 15ft from the side lines of the
said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the Otago Land District in Block IX,
North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, City of Dunedin,
containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being parts
of Lots 18, 39, and 54, D.P. 72, part Lot 1, D.P. 3929, part
Lot 6, D.P. 4159, part Lot 8, D.P. 4438, part Lot 4, D.P. 6087
and part Section 48, Block IX, being parts of Sections 48
and 49; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 157457 deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Consenting to the Closing of a Portion of Grey Street in
the City of Dunedin

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, as
amended by section 2 of the Municipal Corporations Amend-
ment Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby consents to the closing of the portion of Grey Street in
the City of Dunedin, described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of street in the Otago Land District containing
24 perches, situated in the City of Dunedin, Otago R.D.,
adjoining Sections 16 to 22, Block VI, D.P. 398, and being
part Section 16, North-east Valley Survey District; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 157401 deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents
to the Taieri County Council stopping the portion of road
described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of road in the Otago Land District containing
15 acres 2 roods, situated in Block VII, Dunedin and East
Taieri Survey District, and adjoining or passing through
Sections 14, 15, 732R, 16, 18, 19, 1 of 20, 1615R, 30, and
1616R, Block VI and Sections 1 of 2, 2 of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 733R, 58,
and closed roads, Block VII; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156562 (S.O. 12429)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,

Varying a Condition as to Setting Back the Building Line of
Portion of a Street Known as Lambeth Road, in the City of
Wellington, Imposed by Order in Council Under Section
128 of the Public Works Act 1928

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends
the Order in Council dated the 12th day of August 1936, pub-
lished in Gazette, 20 August 1936, page 1616, and deposited
in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 1750,
exempting, inter alia, the southern side of portion of Lambeth
Road from the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works
Act 1928, subject to a condition as to the building line, by
varying the condition with regard to the building line imposed
by the said Order in Council so that no building or part of a
building shall at any time be erected on Lot 1, D.P.
20214, within a distance of 25ft from the centre line of
the said street.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends
the Order in Council dated 10th day of December 1906,
published in Gazette, 13 December 1906, Vol. II, page 3145,
and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under
No. 207, authorising the Wellington City Council to permit
the laying off of a street in the City of Wellington, subject to
a condition as to the building line, by cancelling the building-
line condition imposed by the said Order in Council in so far
as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District con-
taining 1 rood 16.84 perches, situated in the City of Wellington,
being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 15706, being part Section 8, Town
District. Part certificate of title, Volume 404, folio 251, Welling-

Timaru Aerodrome Establishment Order (No. 2) 1958

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 5 of the Local Authorities Empowering
(Aviation Encouragement) Act 1929, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Timaru Aerodrome
    Establishment Order (No. 2) 1958.
  2. Consent is hereby given to the establishment and main-
    tenance by the Timaru City Council of an aerodrome on the
    land described in the Schedule hereto and known as the
    Timaru Airport.
  3. The Timaru Aerodrome Establishment Order 1958 is
    hereby revoked.
    SCHEDULE
    TIMARU AERODROME
    ALL that area of land comprising 504 acres 2 roods 26
    perches, more or less, being Rural Sections 21486, 21496,
    21508, and 22159, situated in Block V, Arowhenua Survey
    District, Canterbury Land District.
