Road Closed in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, Manukau County, and Part Added to Land Held for State Housing Purposes
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby closed and that the road described in the said First Schedule is added to the land now held for State housing purposes described in the Third Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
All those pieces of road in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining
0 0 15 Lot 7, D.P. 42889, being part Allotment 57, Manurewa Parish.
0 0 7 Lot 9, D.P. 42889, being part Allotment 57, Manurewa Parish.
0 0 7 Lot 10, D.P. 42889, being part Allotment 57, Manurewa Parish.
0 0 7 Lot 11, D.P. 42889, being part Allotment 57, Manurewa Parish.
0 0 7 Lot 12, D.P. 42889, and Lot 4, D.P. 9282, being part Allotment 57, Manurewa Parish.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157383 (S.O. 40735) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
All that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 7 perches, situated in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Lot 8, D.P. 42889, being part Allotment 57, Manurewa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157383 (S.O. 40735) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
THIRD SCHEDULE
LAND HELD FOR STATE HOUSING PURPOSES
All that area in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 acres 1 rood 4·8 perches, situated in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 1 to 7 and 9 to 12 (all inclusive), D.P. 42889. All certificate of title, Volume 1174, folio 56.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of October 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land, being closed street, described in the First Schedule hereto to be added to the land now held for State housing purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 35·4 perches, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District, Borough of Takapuna, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 57, Section 1, Parish of Takapuna. All the land in Proclamation No. 15129, Auckland Land Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 8 acres 3 roods 8·6 perches, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District, Borough of Takapuna, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 117 to 131, 133 to 163, and 207 (all inclusive), D.P. 37891. All certificate of title, Volume 1123, folio 197, Auckland Land Registry.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of the Northcote-Albany Motorway in Blocks III, IV, VIII, and XII, Waitemata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of July 1956, and published in Gazette, 12 July 1956, Vol. II, page 915, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 15068, defining the middle line of the Northcote-Albany Motorway in Blocks III, IV, VIII, and XII, Waitemata Survey District, in so far as it affects Lot 20, D.P. 21248, being part Allotment 26, Takapuna Parish, being all certificate of title, Volume 875, folio 54, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of October 1958.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street Off Kepa Road in the City of Auckland, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 29th day of October 1958
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 157387 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 15 ft from the side lines of the said street.
SCHEDULE
That proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 4·5 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 39A, District of Tamaki; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157387 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
