shareholders of the company duly convened and held on the
29th day of September 1958, the following extraordinary re-
solution was passed:
“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities con-
tinue its business and that it is advisable to wind up volun-
tarily.”
At a meeting of the company’s creditors held at Timaru on
the 8th day of October 1958, the following resolution was
passed:
“That this meeting of creditors confirms the shareholders’
resolution dated 29 September 1958 for a creditors’ voluntary
winding up and that Mr H. J. L. Bailey, public accountant, of
Timaru, be appointed liquidator.”

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the
26th day of September 1958, presented to the said Court by
Leonard Charles Smart, of Russell, engineer; and that the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Auckland on the 31st day of October 1958, at 10 o’clock
in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing
