SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land containing 36·9 perches, be the same a little more or less, being Lot 9, Deposited Plan No. 1013, being portion of Lot 250, Deposited Plan No. 83 of the Town of Taylorville, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 59, folio 69 (Westland Registry), saving and excepting for Her Majesty the Queen all seams or beds of coal and all other minerals and metals and reserving always to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said coal, minerals, and metals a right of ingress, egress, and regress under the said land.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 14th day of October 1958.
