A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
ALL that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 1 rood 2·1 perches, situated in Block IV, Ohura Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part Section 4; coloured blue on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
ALL that piece of road in the Taranaki Land District containing 2 roods 38·8 perches, situated in Block IV, Ohura Survey District, Taranaki R.D., adjoining or passing through part Section 4; coloured green on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156365 (S.O. 8885) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of October 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 2 roods 38·3 perches, situated in Block X, Town of Sutton, Otago R.D., being Section 3 and part Sections 9 and 17, 18 and 19; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157397 (S.O. 12621) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of road in the Otago Land District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a motorway desired to be constructed over River Sections and Irregular Block, East Taieri Survey District, Blocks V and VI, Maungatua Survey District, and Blocks XX and XXI, Waihola Survey District between Otokia and Waihola shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area bounded by broken red lines shown on the Plan P.W.D. 157333, Sheets 1, 2, and 3, referred to in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

All in the Otago Land District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157333 (Sheets 1, 2, and 3) (S.O. 12666, 12667, and 12668) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of the Sockburn-Styx Railway

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 18th day of June 1953 and published in Gazette, 25 June 1953, Volume II, page 962, defining the middle line of the Sockburn-Styx Railway in so far as it affects parts of Rural Section 1920, situated in Blocks IX and X, Christchurch Survey District, being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 394, folio 44, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of October 1958.
