NOTICE is hereby given that, by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 2nd day of October 1958, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr Francis Roy Warren, of Whangarei, is hereby appointed liquidator.”

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of St. Aubyn Ltd. (in liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the liquidator’s office, Avery’s Buildings, Devon Street, New Plymouth, on Tuesday, the 4th day of November 1958, at 4.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business: To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

“That the books and papers of the company and of the liquidator shall be disposed of by depositing the same at the office of the liquidator and under his control until the expiration of five years from the dissolution of the company.”

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

THE liquidator of Building Renovations (1954) Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 31st day of October 1958 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on Monday, the 6th day of October 1958 presented to the said Court by William T. Stevenson Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 316 Clyde Street, Balclutha and carrying on the business of a builder, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Dunedin on the 12th day of November 1958 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditors of contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by an extraordinary resolution duly signed on the 8th day of October 1958, pursuant to section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, it was resolved:

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

“That Richard Dwyer, of Wellington, company manager be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.”

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held, pursuant to section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, in the English Speaking Union Rooms, 5th Floor, Nathan’s Building, 13 Grey Street, Wellington, on Friday the 17th day of October 1958, commencing at 2.15 p.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company and, in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.
