At the Government House at Wellington this 15th day of October 1958
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Otorohanga County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 6th day of October 1958
Present:
THE HON. C. F. SKINNER, M.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the common use and benefit of the Huramua Returned Soldiers’ Settlement and the Maori people of the Waiau Riding of the Wairoa County as a meeting place and community centre.

THE HON. C. F. SKINNER, M.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of the members of the Waitaha tribe and Maoris living in the locality.
