A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of October 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 0·1 perches, situated in the Borough of Riccarton, Canterbury R.D., being Lot 3, D.P. 20176, and being part Rural Section 145. Part of the land in Proclamation No. 384863, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of October 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, now held for public buildings of the General Government, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, now held for buildings of the General Government, are hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of October 1958.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 10 acres 1 rood 2·8 perches, situated in Blocks VI and X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural Sections 459 and 2219. Balance of the land in Proclamation No. 349792, Canterbury Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 2 roods 25·3 perches, situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 16355, being part Rural Section 459. All of the land in Proclamation No. 375984, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of October 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of October 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 26·64 perches, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Onehunga, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 136 and part Lot 135, D.P. 16920. All certificate of title, Volume 693, folio 284, Auckland Land Registry.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, Auckland R.D., containing 5 acres 2 roods, being part Otorohanga E 3c Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157372 (S.O. 39388) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
