At the Government House at Wellington this 22nd day of
January 1958
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton
and be under the control and management of the Hamilton
City Council.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District,
situated in the City of Hamilton, containing 31·3 perches
being Lot 12, D.P. S. 4570, being part Allotment 51, Te Rapa
Parish. Part certificate of title, Volume 774, folio 139, Auck-
land Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Ashburton County, to be County Road

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
become county road.

SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the Canterbury Land District,
Ashburton County, situated in Block II, Spaxton Survey
District, commencing at its junction with Waimarama Road,
and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction, adjoining
or passing through part Lot 6, D.P. 4537, being part Rural
Section 17233, part Lot 1, D.P. 3114, being part Rural Section
17233; Rural Sections 38090 and 38448 (Spaxton Farm Settle-
ment), and terminating at the left bank of Washpen Creek,
being a distance of 43 chains, more or less.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 155222 (S.O. 9115) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.

Tauranga County, to be County Road

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the portions of road described in the
Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order
in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the South Auckland Land
District, situated in Block XI, Maketu Survey District, Tau-
ranga County, commencing at the easternmost corner of
Section 15, Block XI, Maketu Survey District, and proceeding
thence in a south-westerly and south-easterly direction gene-
rally for a distance of approximately 70 chains and terminating
at the westernmost corner of Section 14, Block XVI, Maketu
Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 155204 (S.O. 37920) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red and marked A–B.
Also, all that portion of road in the South Auckland Land
District, situated in Block XI, Maketu Survey District, Tau-
ranga County, commencing at the north-eastern corner of
Section 10, Block XI, Maketu Survey District, and proceeding
thence in a south-westerly and south-easterly direction
generally for a distance of approximately 140 chains and
terminating at the southernmost corner of Section 14, Block
XI, Maketu Survey District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155205 (S.O. 37922)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured red and marked A–B.
