A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of January 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 rood 35·7 perches, situated in Block X, Geraldine Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural Section 2699; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155202 (S.O. 9220) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Sydney Robert Davis, of Piopio, farmer, recorded in the Register Book, Volume 1084, folio 281, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of January 1958.

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block III, Awakino East Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
