Land Taken for a Hospital in Block X, Christchurch Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a hospital and shall vest in the North Canterbury Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of January 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of January 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 6·8 perches, situated in Block I, Forest Hill Hundred, Southland R.D., and being part Section 185, D.P. 451; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155178 (S.O. 6281) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 9 acres and 24·5 perches, situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 44949. Part certificate of title, Volume 103, folio 269, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 2 acres 3 roods 39·5 perches, situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 3, D.P. 10082, being part Rural Sections 706 and 706x; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155203 (S.O. 9252) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the mining rights in favour of the Waikato Coal and Shipping Co. Ltd. created in memorandum of transfer No. 14738, Auckland Land Registry, for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of January 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 0·3 perch, being Lot 3, D.P. 28952 (Town of Huntly Extension No. 38), being part Allotment 9, Parish of Pepepe. All certificate of title, Volume 717, folio 80, Auckland Land Registry.

Easement Over Land Taken for Defence Purposes in Block XV, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for defence purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, authority, and licence in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes through, under, and across the said land for the purpose of conveying stormwater and to convey stormwater through, under, and across the said land.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 5·82 perches, situated in Block XV, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 16, D.P. 19718, being part Allotment 13 of Section 8, Suburbs of Papakura; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155211 (S.O. 40295) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
