PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 21st day of November 1956 and published in Gazette, 29 November 1956, Volume III, page 1687, taking land for State housing purposes in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 31·7 perches, situated in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Kaitao Rotohokahoka 3B 4 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157232 (S.O. 38688) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
