A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District, described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land now held for a public school described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 acre 1 rood 36·6 perches, situated in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining part Allotment 62A, Ruapekapeka Parish, and Sections 4, 6, and part 5, Block VII, Village of Waiomio; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154991 (S.O. 40463) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green, edged green.
