SCHEDULE

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
so far as applicable, apply hereto. -
The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
day of July 1958. -
The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be one
shilling payable on demand.

Licensing the Mt. Pleasant Boating Club (Inc.) to Use and
Occupy a Part of the Foreshore in the Heathcote River,
Sumner Estuary, as a Site for a Boatshed and Clubhouse
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits the Mt. Pleasant Boating Club
(Inc.) of Heathcote (hereinafter called the licensee, which
term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context
requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part
of the foreshore in the Heathcote River, Sumner Estuary, as
shown on plan marked M.D. 6824 and deposited in the office
of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of
maintaining thereon a boatshed and clubhouse as shown on
the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the
licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set
forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

The premium payable by the licensee shall be two pounds
(£2) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3). -

Licensing the Grey County Council to Use and Occupy a
Part of the Foreshore at Moana, Lake Brunner, as a Site
for a Launch Skidway
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits the Grey County Council (here-
in after called the licensee, which term shall include its suc-
cessors or assigns, unless the context requires a different con-
struction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Moana,
Lake Brunner, as shown on plan marked M.D. 8285 and
deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Welling-
ton, for the purpose of maintaining theron a launch skidway
as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed
by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions
set forth in the Schedule hereto.

Licensing the Whangarei County Council to Use and Occupy
a Part of the Bed of the Pataua River as a Site for a
Footbridge
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits the Whangarei County Council
(hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its
successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the
Pataua River, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10464 and
deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Welling-
ton, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a
footbridge as shown on the said plan, such licence to be
held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
