NOTICE OF MEETING OF CREDITORS
PURSUANT to section 284 and section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of September 1958 the following extraordinary resolution was passed by way of an entry in the minute book signed as provided by subsection (1) of section 362 of the Companies Act 1955:
“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.
“That, in pursuance to section 285 of the Companies Act 1955, Mr Robert Hawley Lee Goddin, of Hamilton, accountant, be and he is hereby nominated as liquidator of the company.”
A meeting of the creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to sections 284 and 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, at National Party Rooms, Toorak Chambers, Victoria Street, Hamilton, on Friday, the 26th day of September 1958, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company and, in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

AUCKLAND METROPOLITAN DRAINAGE BOARD
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1944.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Board proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public works, namely, the construction of a pumping station; and for the purposes of such public works the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the said Board at 28 Quay Street, Auckland, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of such lands who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Secretary to the said Board at the Board’s office, 28 Quay Street, Auckland C.1.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE ESTATE OR INTEREST IN LAND
In the matter of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and the Public Works Act 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the New Lynn Borough Council proposes to take, under the Public Works Act 1908 and pursuant to section 47 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, the estate or interest of the Auckland Bus Co. Ltd. and Robert Edgar McCrae as tenants holding over upon the expiration of memorandum of lease No. 19059 in all that piece of land situated in the Borough of New Lynn containing one (1) rood two and eight-tenths (2⁸/₁₀) perches, more or less, being part of Allotment 257 of the Parish of Waikomiti, and being part of the land on Deposited Plan No. 7124 and part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 315, folio 337 (Auckland Registry); as the same is more particularly delineated coloured yellow on Survey Office Plan No. 39793 for the following purposes:
(1) For the proper development or use of the said land for commercial purposes in accordance with the Council’s operative district scheme under the said Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
(2) For providing access from the Great North Road to the community centre block contemplated by the Council.
(3) For the provision and preservation of amenities contemplated by the creation of the community centre block.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said land is deposited in the public office of the New Lynn Borough Council at 70 Great North Road, New Lynn, and is open to inspection without fee by all persons during the office hours of the said Council.
All persons affected by the execution of such works or by the taking of the said estate or interest who have any well grounded objections thereto must set forth such objections in writing within 40 days from the 18th day of September 1958 to the New Lynn Borough Council at 70 Great North Road, New Lynn, Auckland S.W.4.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Masterton County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the improvement of Donovan’s Road in the County of Masterton; and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council, situate in Chapel Street, Masterton, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
