BOUNDARIES OF MORRINSVILLE RIDING

All that area in the South Auckland Land District, County of Piako, commencing at the southernmost corner of part Hoe-o-Tainui South 4A Block, in Block XII, Hapuakohe Survey District, and proceeding easterly along the southern boundary of Hoe-o-Tainui South 4A, crossing an intervening public road to and along the southern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. S. 3710, Lot 1, D.P. 36515, Section 2, Block IX, Waitoa Survey District, along a right line across Quine Road to and along the southern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 26913, Lot 4, D.P. 14166, along a right line across the Tahuha-Waharoa via Morrinsville Main Highway to and along the southern boundary of Section 1A, Willis’ Grant, and the production of that boundary to the middle of the Piako River; thence up the middle of that river and the Waiharakeke Stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 7, Block VII, Maungakawa Survey District; thence westerly generally along a right line to and along the northern boundary of the aforesaid Section 7, along another right line crossing part of Section 6 of the aforesaid Block VII and along its northern boundary to and along the northern boundaries of Maungatapu B 4b, B 4d 1, and B 4d 2 to and along the eastern side of Roache Road to a point in line with the southern boundary of part Maungatapu Block as shown on D.P. 23519; thence along a right line across Roache Road aforesaid to and along that southern boundary and the middle of the Pekepeke Stream forming part of the southern boundary of part Maungatapu Block aforesaid to the middle of the Piako River; thence northerly, westerly, southerly, and easterly generally along the boundaries of the Borough of Morrinsville as hereinbefore described to and up the middle of the Topehahae Stream to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 13342; thence along a right line to and along that boundary and the north-western boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 13342, Lot 14, D.P. 11745, Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 23347, and part of Lot 1, D.P. 23795; thence north-westerly generally along the boundary of the County of Piako as hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF KIWITAAHI RIDING

All that area in the South Auckland Land District, County of Piako, commencing at a point in the middle of the Waiharakeke Stream in line with the northern boundary of Section 7, Block VII, Maungakawa Survey District, and proceeding southerly generally up the middle of the old bed of that stream and the middle of the aforesaid stream to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 28835, along a right line across Cussin Road to and along the north-eastern boundary of part Lot South 12, D.P. 6569, along a right line across the Waiorongomai-Maungakawa road to and south-westerly along its south-eastern side, along a right line across Hutchinson Road, to and along the western boundary of Lot 13, D.P. 8307 and that boundary produced to the middle of the Piako River; thence up the middle of that river and the middle of the Piakonui Stream to the eastern boundary of part Kiwitahi No. 1A Block as shown on S.O. 33884 and now being parts of Sections 5, 7, and 8, Block XV, Maungakawa Survey District; thence south-westerly along a right line passing through those sections to and along the south-eastern boundary of part Kiwitahi No. 1A on D.P. 21756, and the generally eastern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 23088, Kiwitahi 1d 2 and 1d 1 Blocks to the boundary of the County of Piako; thence north-westerly generally along that county boundary as hereinbefore described to and along the southern boundaries of part of the Morrinsville Riding, the Borough of Morrinsville, and another part of the Morrinsville Riding as hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.
