PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Secretary for Internal Affairs hereby defines, as set out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the Borough of Morrinsville, the County of Piako, and the Morrinsville and Kiwitahi Ridings of the County of Piako, the previous boundaries having been altered by Order in Council made on 22 January 1958, and published in Gazette, 23 January 1958, No. 6, page 71.

BOUNDARIES OF BOROUGH OF MORRINSVILLE

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing in Block VI, Maungakawa Survey District, at the southernmost corner of Lot 4, D.P. 14696, and proceeding north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of that lot and its production to the middle of the Tahuna-Waharoa via Morrinsville Main Highway; then north-westerly along the middle of that highway to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P.
