ORDER

(1) This order may be cited as the Towai Cemetery Closing Order 1958.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1958. -
The Towai Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued from the 1st day of April 1959.

The Towai Cemetery is hereby vested in the Bay of Islands County Council as a closed cemetery for maintenance in good order as a public reserve.

TOWAI CEMETERY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 acres 3 roods 11·4 perches, more or less, being Section 126 and part Section 75, Block V, Hukerenui Survey District.

PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Waiheke Road Board to reclaim from the sea at Ostend, Waiheke Island, the land coloured red on plan marked M.D. 10441 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

Defining Limits of Picton Harbour Pilotage District
COBHAM, Governor-General
PURSUANT to section 211 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby define the limits of the Picton Harbour Pilotage District, within which pilots may act for the purposes of the said Act, to be all the waters comprised within Queen Charlotte Sound having as their outward seaward limits a straight line drawn in a 303° direction from high-water mark at Paparoa Point on Arapawa Island to high-water mark on the opposite shore of the mainland and a straight line drawn in an 090° direction from high-water mark on Dieffenbach Point to high-water mark on the opposite shore of Arapawa Island; as is more particularly shown by lines coloured red on plan marked M.D. 10431 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 8th day of September 1958.

Defining Limits of the Westport Harbour Pilotage District
COBHAM, Governor-General
PURSUANT to section 211 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby define the limits of the Westport Harbour Pilotage District, within which pilots may act for the purposes of the said Act, to be all the waters comprised within the Harbour of Westport having as their outward seaward limit the arc of a circle running from the landward boundary of the foreshore westward of the western breakwater and thence into the Tasman Sea and thence to the landward boundary of the foreshore eastward of the eastern breakwater, such arc being the arc of a circle of one and a half nautical miles radius having as its centre the signal station on the western breakwater.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 8th day of September 1958.
