NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, that the Whangarei County Council proposes, under the provisions of the said Act, to take the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the pieces of land required to be taken is deposited in the office of the said Council, situated in Rose Street, Whangarei, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the taking of such land who have any well grounded objections to the taking of the said lands must lodge their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk, Whangarei County Council, Rose Street, Whangarei.

KOWAI COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and in the matter of Part XXV of the Counties Act 1956.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Kowai County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, housing; and for the purposes of such public work the lands in the Schedule hereto described are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited at the public office of the County Clerk to the said Council, situated at Balcairn, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the proposed public work or by the taking of the lands in the Schedule hereto described, and who have any well grounded objection to the execution of the proposed public work or to the taking of the said lands must set forth their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers, Kowai County Council, Balcairn (Private Bag, Rangiora).

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land, situated at the corner of Main North Road and Courages Road, Amberley, in the Teviotdale Survey District, containing by admeasurement one acre, be the same a little more or less, being Lot 6 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 143, and being part of Section 2760, Block VIII, of the said Teviotdale Survey District, and being also the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, register book, Volume 147, folio 293 (Canterbury Land Registry).

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the Schedule hereto.

A plan showing the portions of land proposed to be taken is available for public inspection at the office of the Tauranga County Council, Cameron Road, Tauranga, during forty (40) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons affected by the taking of the land and having well grounded objections thereto are hereby called upon to set forth their objections in writing and send the same to the office of the Tauranga County Council on or before the 2nd day of October 1958.
