HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block II, Okaka Survey District, Hobson County, commencing at a public road at the south-eastern corner of Section 8, Block II, Okaka Survey District, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 9 chains and terminating at the northernmost corner of Section 2, Block II, Okaka Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156974 (S.O. 39515) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Feilding Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 46 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 69, 70, 75, 76, 77, 78, and 79, D.P. 20368, within a distance of 15 ft from the side line of the said street.
