A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 20·5 perches, situated in Block VII, Waipu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 29, Waipu Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156893 (S.O. 39883) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ROAD CLOSED

ALL those pieces of road in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block VII, Waipu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 2 10 Part Allotment 29, Waipu Parish.
0 1 39 Part Allotment 29, Waipu Parish.
0 2 8·5 Part Allotment 29 and Allotment 558, Waipu Parish.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156893 (S.O. 39883) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that piece of road in the South Auckland Land District containing 3 acres 3 roods 11·6 perches, situated in Block V, Otanewainuku Survey District, Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through Allotment 610 and part Allotment 450, Te Papa Parish, and land on D.P. 21230, being Allotment 475, Te Papa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156930 (S.O. 38300) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
