A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 31·2 perches, situated in Block I, Whakatane Survey District, Borough of Whakatane, being Lot 17, D.P. S. 5131, being part Allotment 227, Parish of Waimana. Part certificate of title, Volume 885, folio 97, Auckland Land Registry.

ROAD CLOSED
ALL that piece of road in the Wellington Land District containing 1 acre and 24·1 perches, situated in Block VIII, Te Kawau Survey District, Wellington R.D., adjoining or passing through Sections 1s and 2s, Kopane Settlement, and part Lot 1, D.P. 2932, being part Rural Section 384, Township of Carnarvon; coloured green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156759 (S.O. 23834) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
