Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in
the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act
1948 as from the 11th day of August 1958.

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the portion of road specified in
the Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

Limited Speed Zone Declared and Closely Populated Locality Declared

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

1. So much of the Warrant under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 14th day of March 1938,* as relates to part of the Portobello-Otakou Main Highway No. 157 in Peninsula County is hereby revoked.

2. The portion of road specified in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.

3. The portion of road specified in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956†.

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

1. That Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 27th day of May 1952* which relates to an area in Waimairi County is hereby revoked.

2. Those areas specified in the Schedule to this notice are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purpose of section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.
