Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Feilding

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Feilding as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of August 1958.

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block XIV, Oroua Survey District, Borough of Feilding, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of August 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 20·2 perches, situated in Block XIV, Cambridge Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Section 13, Gorton Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156648 (S.O. 38452) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
