COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of August 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 11 acres and 13 perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, and being part Section 76, Hutt District. All certificate of title, Volume 301, folio 44, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of July 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of August 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Westland Land District containing 1 rood 10 perches, situated in Block IV, Mahinapua Survey District, Westland R.D., being part Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 142, being part Rural Section 1652. Balance certificate of title, Volume 20, folio 65, Westland Land Registry.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 3·5 perches, situated in Block IX, Mt. Robinson Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Manawatu Kukutauaki 7d 1 Sub. 2; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156596 (S.O. 24078) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
