In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of the National Chemical Co. Ltd., a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office in the City of Wellington, carrying on business as printers.
NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court made at Wellington on the 20th day of June 1958 confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £6,015 to £4,210 10s., and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned statute, were registered by the Registrar of Companies at Wellington on the 10th day of July 1958; and further take notice that the said minute was in the words and figures following:
“That the capital of the National Chemical Co. Ltd. is £4,210 10s., divided into 6,015 full paid ordinary shares of 14s. each, having been reduced from £6,015 divided into 6,015 ordinary shares of £1 each fully paid.”

WELLINGTON REGIONAL PLAN
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, its amendment, and the regulations made thereunder, that the Wellington Regional Planning Authority, by resolution dated the 23rd day of May 1958, approved of the fourth and seventh sections of the Wellington Regional Plan covering water catchment areas and public hospitals respectively, and directed that the said sections be publicly notified.
Certified copies of the aforementioned fourth and seventh sections of the Wellington Regional Plan may be inspected by the public without charge during ordinary office hours at the following locations in the Wellington region:

NAPIER CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Richmond Loan 1955 of £101,000 (£20,000 Portion) No. 3
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Napier City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of twenty thousand pounds (£20,000) authorised to be raised by the Napier City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of developing the Maraenui Block, the said Napier City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal one two (·12) of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the City of Napier; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable on the 31st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

RESOLUTION PLEDGING SPECIAL RATE
Westshore Streets Loan 1954, £89,300 (£21,000 Portion)
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Napier City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of twenty-one thousand pounds (£21,000) authorised to be raised by the Napier City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of reconstructing and sealing streets and footpaths at Westshore and providing kerbing and channelling and stormwater drainage, the said Napier City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal one three (·13) of a penny (d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the City of Napier; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable on the 31st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of seven to 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Napier City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of three thousand four hundred pounds (£3,400) authorised to be raised by the Napier City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of reconstructing and sealing streets and footpaths in the City of Napier, the said Napier City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal nought three four (·034) of a penny (d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the City of Napier; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable on the 31st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of six years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

Waterworks and Conveniences Loan 1950, £12,400 (£2,400 Portion)
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Napier City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of two thousand four hundred pounds (£2,400) authorised to be raised by the Napier City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of installing water mains, the said Napier City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal nought two five (·025) of a penny (d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable property within the City of Napier; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable on the 31st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of five years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

WHANGAREI BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN accordance with the powers vested in it by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Whangarei Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £6,600 authorised to be raised by the Whangarei Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of completing the purpose for which the Streets Realignment and Bridge Construction Loan 1955 was raised, the said Whangarei Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·0156d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Whangarei; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being for a period of 10 years, or until the loan is paid off; and the said Council doth hereby appropriate and pledge the said special rate as security for the said loan.”
