A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of July 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 0 8·9 Part Lot 1 of Section 13, Suburbs of Tauranga; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 5 Part Lot 1, D.P. 32323, being part Allotment 12, Suburbs of Tauranga; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156538 (S.O. 39222) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
