Land Taken for a Secondary School in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 22 acres and 7 perches, situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 3161, being part Allotment 50, Parish of Manurewa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156539 (S.O. 40871) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of July 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by James Hugh Ensor, of Manuka Bay, Domett, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease numbered 1263 and recorded in Register Book, Volume 196, folio 34, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for a microwave radio repeater station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 3 acres 3 roods 15 perches, situated in Block XI, Cheviot Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Section 8; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156467 (S.O. 9324) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject as to Lots 1 to 5, 10 to 15, and 21 to 37 (all inclusive), D.P. 20199, to the building-line condition imposed by K. 42519, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 4 acres 2 roods 22·45 perches, situated in the Borough of Masterton, being Lots 1 to 5, 10 to 15, and 21 to 39 (all inclusive), D.P. 20199, being part Section 43, Manaia Block. Part certificate of title, Volume 750, folio 99, Wellington Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land first described in the First Schedule hereto, held by Lewis Albert Young, of Tokoroa, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease Volume 909, folio 193, Auckland Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly and thirdly described in the said First Schedule, held by Kenneth Leslie Ritchie, of Putaruru, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease Volume 909, folio 191, Auckland Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of the Putaruru - Upper Atiamuri Railway, and that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held by the said Lewis Albert Young under and by virtue of the said Crown Lease Volume 909, folio 193, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of road diversions in connection therewith.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 3 acres 1 rood 26·44 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Lot 1, D.P. 9778, and part Lot 1, Block IV, D.P. 1575. Balance certificate of title, Volume 440, folio 232, Wellington Land Registry.
