Land Held for a Technical School Set Apart for Scientific and Industrial Research Purposes in Blocks XV and XVI, Omapere Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a technical school, is hereby set apart for scientific and industrial research purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of July 1958.

ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in the Omapere Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156425 (S.O. 40707) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of July 1958.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 3 acres 3 roods 16·6 perches, situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lots 4, 5, 8, and 23, D.P. 9343, being part Allotment 190, Takapuna Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156478 (S.O. 40699) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Thomas Emerson Wilson, of Waitotara, farmer, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 24322, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of July 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 acre, situated in the City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 65, D.P. 264, being part Lot H, Right Bank Wanganui River. All leasehold certificate of title, Volume 524, folio 196, Wellington Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 36 perches, situated in Block II, Town of Clinton, being Section 12. All certificate of title, Volume 21, folio 220, Otago Land Registry.
