OPOTIKI COUNTY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Opotiki County Council, at its meeting held on Friday, 2 December 1955, has resolved to prepare for the Opotiki County a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.

Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.

Proposals marked “Opotiki County District Scheme” should be addressed to the County Clerk and delivered to the County Clerk’s office on or before the 29th day of February 1956.

DANNEVIRKE BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1954, public notice is hereby given that the District Scheme Amendment No. V, under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the Borough of Dannevirke, was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 30th day of June 1958.

The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 10th day of July 1958.

Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council office and in the Dannevirke Public Library, and may be inspected without fee by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road purposes, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Waikohu County Council at Te Karaka, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should if they have any well grounded objection to the taking of such land set forth the same in writing and send such written objection within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Waikohu County Council at Te Karaka.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD AND TO STOP ROAD IN BLOCKS VII, VIII, AND XI, PIRONGIA SURVEY DISTRICT, OTOROHANGA COUNTY

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for road and to stop the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that the plans of the land required to be taken and of the pieces of road to be stopped are deposited in the office of the Otorohanga County Council at Ballance Street, Otorohanga, and are there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land or by the stopping of the said pieces of road should, if they have any well grounded objections to the said taking or stopping, set forth the same in writing and send such writing within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the office of the County Council at Otorohanga.
