Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 14th day of July 1958.

Notice of Air Weapons Range RNZAF Station, Ohakea

It is hereby notified that live bombing and rocket projectile firing will take place from time to time in the area of land described in the Schedule hereunder and known as the Turakina Air Weapons Range. This air weapons range is situated on the west coast of the North Island just south of the mouth of the Turakina River.

All of the operations will have been given prior authorisation by the Commanding Officer, RNZAF Station, Ohakea.
