Land Proclaimed as Street in the City of New Plymouth

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Taranaki Land District, situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 0 6·02 Part Section 1277 (D.P. 3252), Town of New Plymouth; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 5·45 Part Section 1278 (D.P. 3252), Town of New Plymouth; coloured orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156401 (S.O. 8897) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of July 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the First and Second Schedules hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of road in the Southland Land District containing 8 acres 1 rood 30 perches, situated in the Oteramika Hundred, Southland R.D., adjoining or passing through Sections 2, 3, 8, 17, and 18, Block XIII, and Sections 15 and 16, Block XIV; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156510 (S.O. 6445) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of road in the Southland Land District, situated in Block IX, Tuturau Survey District, Southland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 38 perches, situated in Block III, Mangawhai Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Lots 1, 2, 3, and 5, D.P. 40015, being parts Allotment 1, Mangawhai Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156390 (S.O. 39951) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of July 1958.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Taking Land for the Purposes of a Road in Block XI, Rotorua Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of May 1938, and published in Gazette, 19 May 1938, Volume II, page 1123, taking land for the purposes of a road in Block XI, Rotorua Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block XI, Rotorua Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 23rd day of February 1949, published in Gazette, 24 February 1949, Vol. I, page 619, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 3990, defining the middle line of portion of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (portion of Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation) in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
