Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Auckland

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 4·6 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 36, D.P. 38614. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 712, folio 393, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of July 1958.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 9·62 perches, situated in North East Valley Survey District, City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., being part Lot 6, D.P. 5143, and being also part Section 6; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149733 (S.O. 12181) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of July 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a Maori school, is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Gisborne Land District, situated in Block VIII, Tokomaru Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a portion of the Midland Railway (Glenhope Section), is hereby set apart for a surfaceman’s cottage; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of railway land in the Nelson Land District containing 2 roods 3·2 perches, situated in Block III, Hope Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part of the land in Proclamation No. 215, Nelson Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156218 (S.O. 10066) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 2 roods 18 perches, situated in Block LXVI, Town of Lawrence, Borough of Lawrence, being Section 8, formerly part Section 6; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156364 (S.O. 12601) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pleasure garden and sports ground, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Kaiapoi as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of July 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 3 roods 9 perches, situated in the Borough of Kaiapoi, being part Rural Section 321. All certificate of title, Volume 392, folio 268, Canterbury Land Registry (limited as to parcels and title).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of July 1958.
