Dedication of Road Reserves as Road

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby dedicates the road reserves described in the Schedule hereto as road.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Auckland City Council on the 14th day of October 1957:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, as amended by section 3 of the Reserves and Domains Amendment Act 1956, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said city in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same are hereby declared to be public reserves for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”

Lot 2, D.P. 14664, being part Allotment 21, District of Tamaki. All certificate of title, Volume 968, folio 298.

Declaration That a Reserve Forms Part of the Ohope Beach Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Ohope Beach Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Hawea Rabbit Board

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for rabbit board buildings, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Hawea Rabbit Board, in trust, for that purpose.
