COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of June 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, Auckland R.D., situated in Block IX, Maungatautari Survey District, described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Wellington-Foxton Motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of June 1958.

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
